Wow! What can I say about a wild abstract cat with pink eyes?
This is definitely one of my favorites so far. It was looking good, then I decided to put in a few splashes of new gamboge here and there. It's amazing how much that improved the painting, at least in my opinion. Especially in the upper left corner, where it turned the colors that were already there to rainbows. Ahhh...
Maybe because of the mixed-up colors or the strong lines, but this has a sort of Andy Warhol pop-art kinda feel to it to me. My son had a friend over who said it definitely belonged in a museum.
